Please Check below firstly:
(1) Loose power connections;
(2) 220V AC supply stability;
(3) Power switch status;
(4) Damaged cables or blown fuses
Use a torque meter to calibrate the electric batch. Adjust torque parameters in the control system based on screw specifications (e.g., M2/M3) and material hardness. Over-torque causes stripped threads, under-torque leads to loose screws.
Solutions:
Ensure the feeder is supplying screws correctly.
Clean/replace clogged vacuum filters.
Verify suction nozzle compatibility (size/hardness) and check for wear >0.2mm
Below issues may cause stripped threads:
a. Excessive tightening force applied by tools exceeds screw tolerance range
b. Threaded hole defects: Contamination or improper processing leads to low coefficient of friction
c. Substandard materials: Non-compliant thread diameter/dimensions/metallurgy/hardness, or improper material selection causing thread strength deficiency
Operational anomaly: Tool slippage occurs during tightening
